Job summary

Action Group Staffing is seeking experienced Brake Press Operators to join a growing manufacturing company in Northeast Tulsa. Ideal candidates have at least two years of Brake Press experience, can read blueprints, perform machine setup, and produce precision parts.

This is a 2nd shift position, 3:30pm–12:00am, with pay of $20–$23/hour DOE plus $1 shift differential. Overtime may be required and you must pass a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Brake Press experience in a sheet metal fabrication environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math and technical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Experience with machine setup and operation.
• Ability to measure accurately using standard measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to determine project specifications
• Set up and adjust Brake Press machine settings for production runs
• Operate machinery to produce parts according to required size and shape specifications
• Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Work overtime as needed to meet production demands
