Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 0–3 months related experience and/or training.
• 3–5 years related work experience or capable of performing scribing, abrasive blasting and parts cleaning.
• Must be able to perform gauge resistance testing and visual inspection.
• Ability to learn and apply basic technical concepts.
• Able to communicate effectively with management and co-workers to promote teamwork.
• Flexible with work and job assignments and willing to perform any function as needed.
• Possess basic computer skills including database software and electronic mail software.
• Must have 20/20 vision with correction, and no color blindness, steady hands with good dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Assemble high-quality products per production work orders.
• Bond strain gauges and apply tabs; prepare adhesives.
• Perform scribing, abrasive blasting and parts cleaning.
• Perform gauge resistance testing and visual inspection.
• Follow drawings, work instructions and safety procedures.
• Data entry for production reporting and attendance.
• Adhere to waste disposal procedures and PPE requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
