Ideal candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience along with a high school diploma or GED. The position requires both physical strength, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of manufacturing, food production, or blending experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Prior sanitation or food manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently produce blended food products according to production schedules.
• Monitor product appearance, consistency, and blending performance during production.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, allergen control, sanitation, and food safety requirements.

Skills

Ability to lift 50 lb bags and boxes

Basic math skills

Ability to read and follow written blending instructions

Mechanical aptitude

Basic computer skills

Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred

Tools

Inventory tracking systems (SAP, AS400, Tamlin)
