Qualifications

• Experience operating blending, pasteurizing, or food processing equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capable of accurate production records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated blending and pasteurization systems and CIP processes.
• Maintain sterility and proper operation of pasteurizers.
• Complete production logs, inventory records, and shift reports.
• Troubleshoot equipment and assist with quality verification.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and SOP requirements.
