Sheridan Lebanon Junction is hiring a Tipper Operator to attach inserts and components onto printed materials with careful control of quality and waste. You will set up tipping equipment, read production tickets, and ensure precise placement while meeting schedules.

• Mechanical aptitude to operate tipping equipment.
• Ability to read measurements and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust tipping machines per job specs.
• Read job tickets, work orders, and production specs.
• Accurately tip inserts, samples, or other materials onto printed pieces.
• Load materials, adhesives, and components into the machine correctly.
• Perform quality checks on placement, adhesion, and alignment.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust for efficiency.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Maintain production counts and required documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Communicate issues to supervisors or maintenance promptly.
