Modern Litho, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Bindery Associate to join our commercial team in Jefferson City, MO. You will handle finishing tasks such as collating, stitching, punching, coiling, cutting, gluing, and packing printed materials.

This role requires careful attention to the job tickets and adherence to procedures. You will operate small bindery equipment, record time and materials in our computer system, and perform basic machine upkeep.

Qualifications

• Must pay close attention to detail and follow defined procedures.
• Must be able to read and understand a job ticket.
• Requires strong attendance and good work ethic.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Ability to work overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform finishing tasks such as collating, stitching, punching, coiling, cutting, gluing, and packing printed materials.
• Operate small bindery equipment as needed.
• Follow job ticket instructions to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain safe work habits and follow standard procedures for efficient production.
• Accurately record time and materials in a designated computer system.
• Perform basic machine upkeep, including cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
