Qualifications

• Ability to read computerized blueprints and drawings.
• First piece inspection and troubleshooting responsibilities.
• Preventive maintenance tasks as part of daily duties.
• Mathematical ability for precise forming (add/subtract).
• Experience with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, protractor, tape).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for both machine set up and operation of Bending Machine.
• Changing tooling, uploading jobs into machine interface, first piece inspection, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance.
• Ability to read computerized blueprints and drawings.
• Ability to perform precision forming, bending and folding.
• Ability to use and read measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, protractor, and tape measure.
• Must be able to add and subtract.
