You will read data sheets and work instructions, test assemblies, document results, and support quality and engineering. A high school diploma and 2–3 years of suitable assembly experience are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Requires strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly experience.
  • Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems preferred.
  • Ability to read data sheets and manuals to follow specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble tools and components per data sheets, work instructions, and manuals.
  • Test assemblies and document results against engineering and quality requirements.
  • Troubleshoot assembly issues and support product improvements.
  • Evaluate and document returned products for warranty and repair analysis.
  • Review and update manuals for clarity and accuracy.
  • Maintain serial number logs and assembly documentation.
  • Communicate inventory shortages and assembly concerns to teams.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Suggest improvements to assembly methods, tooling, and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
