You will verify material quantities, inspect components, test finished products, and operate laser marking and finishing steps. A high school diploma and 2+ years of assembly experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• 2+ years of related assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Mechanically inclined and skilled in hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble pneumatic tools and sub-assemblies per drawings to meet production and quality targets.
• Verify quantities against work orders and track inventory throughout the assembly process.
• Inspect parts and materials to ensure conformance to quality standards and address defects.
• Test completed products and document results; perform rework as needed.
• Operate and program laser equipment for marking or processing components.
• Laser-mark parts with part numbers and serial numbers, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
• Lap endplates to required flatness and surface finish specifications.
• Apply touch-up finishing to components to ensure a professional final product.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace for safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and improvements.
