Zusammenfassung

Amarr, a part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, seeks a Barrel Fabrication Operator to fabricate, weld, and assemble barrel components to engineering specifications. Shift: Monday - Thursday; 7am - 5:30pm, supporting production schedules in a safe, organized environment.

You will review cut sheets, set up equipment, measure and drill as required, perform in-process inspections, and maintain quality documentation. Expect to participate in continuous improvement and adhere to 5S and safety policies.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, welding, machining, or assembly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret cut sheets, blueprints, and drawings.
• Ability to understand dimensions, tolerances, and basic geometric requirements.

Aufgaben

• Fabricate, weld, and assemble barrel components per specs.
• Review cut sheets, work orders, and engineering drawings.
• Set up and operate fabrication equipment (saws, drills, welders).
• Perform in-process and final quality inspections with gauges and calipers.
• Maintain clean, organized work area per 5S and safety policies.
