Job summary

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent
• Ability to read and write, comprehend, and articulate information both verbal and written
• Perform simple math calculations, including measurements and reading manufacturing paperwork
• Work with automated, semi-automated, manual, and powered tools
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Effective communication and teamwork
• Overtime may be required

Responsibilities

• Operate go/no-go gauges to sort material for straightness
• Use hydraulic press to straighten material to spec
• Operate grinding machines to finish products
• Etch product with laser engraver
• Box finish product and enter data in ERP system
• Maintain equipment and work area, ensure health and safety compliance
• Populate and document inspection, maintenance, and inventory records
