Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two-year electronics degree or equivalent education/training.
• Minimum of one year in assembly with avionic equipment (e.g., pressure gauges, batteries, inverters).
• Adept with hand tools and electronic testing equipment.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Organized, focused and results oriented.
• Problem-solving and prioritizing skills.
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble highly technical electronic components and systems, including desoldering and component replacement.
• Conduct final testing on electronic instruments.
• Complete documentation such as shop and manufacturing order records.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, procedures and manuals.
