Job summary

Caliber Collision in Kingston PA is seeking an Automotive Painter to perform all paint-related duties in a collision center. Responsibilities include tint preparation, paint mixing to OEM standards, top coating and curing, and ensuring proper reassembly before handing the vehicle back to the body technician.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical activities such as reaching, kneeling, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, estimates and work orders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must work well in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform all paint operations including tint preparation, color matching and mixing.
• Apply top coats and curing while adhering to OEM standards and correct sequence.
• Ensure proper masking, disassembly and reassembly before returning the vehicle to the body tech.
