Caliber Collision is hiring an Automotive Painter to perform all-purpose duties in a busy collision center. The role involves tinting and mixing paints to OEM standards, applying coatings, and ensuring proper assembly after repaint.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred.
• Excellent reading of written estimates and work orders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare color tint to match paint color and mix paints.
• Apply top coats and curing per OEM standards.
• Keep painting area organized and safe; follow instructions.
