Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician in the Troy, NY area. You will align tires and wheels using advanced equipment, perform state inspections, oil changes, and repairs, and contribute to a high-quality service experience for our customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• At least 1 year of experience or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires.
• Preferred: state vehicle inspection license.

Responsibilities

• Align tires and wheels using the latest equipment to adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles.
• Perform state inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs and other required automotive services.
• Stand, walk, bend, and lift items over 50 pounds as part of daily duties.

Education

State vehicle inspection license

1 year experience or training in tire mounting/balancing
