Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking full-time Automotive Alignment Technicians to join Team Mavis at a state-of-the-art service center in the Newburgh, NY area. Technicians will use advanced equipment to align tires and wheels and support vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities include inspections, oil and filter changes, and tire repairs while delivering reliable, high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or any combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
• Preferably possess a state inspection license.

Responsibilities

• Align tires and wheels using the latest equipment, measuring caster, camber, toe and thrust angles.
• Complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs, and perform other required automotive service or vehicle repairs to customer vehicles.
• Work to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and maintenance.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment in a fast-paced shop.
