Job summary

Eclipse Automation in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a skilled Machine Builder to help develop and implement mechanical manufacturing policies and procedures while collaborating with other departments to meet project budgets and Eclipse goals.

You will assemble sub-assemblies, read complex drawings, and verify parts to drawing Specifications. This role requires travel for service and installations and a commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings including pneumatic/hydraulic schematics, BOMs, and detailed assembly drawings.
• Proficient in using measurement tools and performing part verification to drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fit, align, plumb, and integrate work stations or systems.
• Troubleshoot and service automation equipment.
• Operate conventional machine shop equipment to manufacture components to spec.
• Read schematics and BOMs and verify features using GD&T.
• Travel to customer locations for service and installs.
