Job Title: CNC Programmer/Machinist

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables
• Program CNC milling machine, lathe and router using MasterCam
• Build Process sheets for material flow
• Program CNC machine tools using MasterCam
• Set up and adjust production machinery
• Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Work in a team environment and actively participate in group meetings safely
• Ensure scheduled milestones are met
• Notify relevant departments if milestones are not met
• Adhere to the Eclipse Project Operating Policy
• Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and/or travel as required
• Maintain good corporate citizen role in support of the Eclipse corporate Vision
• Ensure all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and compliance with the Eclipse Automation Inc. Conduct Code
• Foster the development of a culture reflective of the core values of the business

Qualifications

• Owner of a Certificate of Qualification for a General Machinist or Tool and Die Maker, or has demonstrated equivalent experience in an automation/manufacturing environment
• SolidWorks Certificate
• MasterCam Certificate
• 5+ years of experience as a programmer
• Experience in an automation environment considered an asset
