Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain automated sewing machines to meet production goals.
• Ensure finished products meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Read and follow work orders, measurements, and sewing requirements accurately.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and know when to seek help.
• Inspect finished products and perform adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Perform production preparation tasks, including trimming thread, handling materials, and marking fabric.
• Support quality-control processes and continuous-improvement efforts.
• Maintain accurate production records using company system tools.
• Follow all workplace safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members and assist with training new operators as skills develop.
