Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning in McKinney, TX is hiring an Automotive Wash Bay Technician to clean and detail vehicles, apply wax and sealant, refurbish headlights, and ensure high-quality service. You will inspect vehicles for pre-delivery readiness, maintain tools, and support customers’ specifications.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to pass background checks and drug screening, and a positive, fast-paced team environment. Weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Background checks and drug testing may be required.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Wash vehicle using pressure washer and automatic washer.
• Remove trash and clean interior, upholstery, carpet, and surfaces.
• Apply wax and buff surfaces to protect and shine.
• Apply protective sealant and refurbish headlights.
• Maintain service tools and equipment in good condition.
• Understand and meet customer requirements and perform pre-delivery vehicle inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
