Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning is seeking an Automotive Wash Bay Technician to help keep our vehicles and dealership clients looking their best. You will wash vehicles, remove debris, and apply wax and sealants in a fast-paced garage environment.

This role emphasizes meticulous attention to detail, safety, and a customer-focused approach. A valid driver s license and the ability to pass background checks are required. We offer medical, retirement, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
• Positive attitude.
• Previous detailing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash vehicles using pressure washer and automatic washer.
• Remove trash and clean interior; clean upholstery and carpets.
• Apply wax and buff surfaces to protect and shine.
• Apply protective sealant and refurbish headlights.
• Maintain service tools and equipment; ensure quality standards.
• Understand and deliver to customer requirements; inspect vehicles for pre-delivery quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
