Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning in Durham, NC is seeking an Automotive Wash Bay Technician to join our garage team. You will wash vehicles, remove interior trash, apply wax and sealant, refurbish headlights, and ensure equipment and tools function properly.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to pass background checks and drug screening, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. This fast-paced, customer-focused position offers weekend availability and opportunities to grow within

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.
• Previous detailing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash vehicle using pressure washer and automatic washer.
• Remove trash from the interior and clean upholstery, carpet, and surfaces.
• Apply wax and buff surfaces to preserve shine.
• Apply protective sealant.
• Refurbish headlights.
• Maintain service tools and equipment.
• Understand and deliver customer requirements.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
