Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–5 years of automotive technician experience in a franchised dealership.
• Strong diagnostic, repair, and maintenance skills across electrical, engine, drivetrain, suspension, and brake systems.
• ASE certifications preferred; willingness to pursue additional training and certifications.
• Ability to efficiently perform repairs while meeting flat-rate productivity and quality standards.
• Proficiency using diagnostic equipment and dealership service systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Complete repairs efficiently while meeting productivity targets.
• Document work performed on repair orders clearly.
• Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding repairs and timelines.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Stay up to date with manufacturer training and certification.
