Job summary

The role requires efficient, detail‑oriented work and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service and customer satisfaction.

You will handle diagnostics across electrical, engine, and drivetrain systems, perform warranty repairs, document all work, and communicate with service advisors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of automotive technician experience in a franchised dealership preferred.
• ASE certifications and/or manufacturer-specific certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles to dealership standards.
• Document repair orders clearly and efficiently; perform warranty repairs per guidelines.
• Maintain productivity and meet flat-rate targets; use diagnostic tools to identify problems.
• Communicate with service advisors about repairs and timelines.
• Keep workspace safe, organized and compliant with standards; pursue ongoing training.
