Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• One year of experience as an automotive touch-up technician required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and Diagnose: Examine vehicle exterior for wear, minor paint damage, and potential issues.
• Repairs: Perform touch-up repairs on damaged exteriors utilizing available tools and paint products.
• Preparation and Finish: Clean and prep exterior areas, sand and buff, paint touch-up, and conduct quality checks.
• Customer Service: Communicate effectively with team members/customers regarding the vehicle's condition and provide explanations for recommended services.
• Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Documentation: Record all services provided in the shop's system or service tickets.
