You will diagnose issues, perform touch-ups, prep, sand, buff, and apply finishes, while maintaining clear communication with customers and documenting all services in the shop system. A high school diploma and 1 year of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of automotive touch-up experience.
• Knowledge of exterior paint materials.
• Knowledge of interior components and materials.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and painting machines.
• Attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose vehicle exterior for wear and paint damage.
• Perform touch-up repairs on exteriors and interiors using available tools.
• Prepare and finish: clean, sand, buff, and inspect quality checks.
• Inspect and diagnose interior issues (seats, carpet, upholstery).
• Detail and finish interiors to match original design where needed.
