Job summary

Audi Arlington is seeking a Flat Rate Technician to diagnose and repair vehicle components with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards.

Duties include inspecting vehicles, diagnosing malfunctions, repairing engine, electrical, and mechanical systems, conducting test drives, documenting work, communicating with the Service Advisor, maintaining tools and parts, and upholding safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle issues and perform repairs per dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Inspect vehicles and determine required repairs.
• Verify serviceability and test drive to ensure quality repairs.
• Keep customer vehicles clean during repair process.
• Communicate with Service Advisor regarding additional work.
• Document all work on repair orders.
• Maintain an organized work area and inventory of parts and supplies.
