Job summary

Caliber Collision Syracuse - East is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join the team. You will perform frame and panel repairs, read blueprints, and deliver high-quality workmanship on each vehicle.

With 2+ years in the field and a commitment to safety, you’ll work alongside painters, estimators, and front-office staff to restore cars to factory specs while maintaining a clean, efficient shop environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair know-how.
• Follow blueprints and repair to factory specs.
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts and precision welds.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-focused and collaborative with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
