Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: bolts, welds, and alignment matter.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender to frame rebuilds.

• Quality reassembly and finish touches.
