Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect complex products following detailed work instructions.
• Perform precision assembly with miniature components under a microscope.
• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections and document findings.
• Perform approved rework and corrective actions per procedures.
• Mentor teammates on processes, equipment, and best practices.
