Qualifications

  • Completion of secondary education or GED; vocational training is considered an asset.
  • Prior background in a manufacturing or assembly setting is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate high levels of precision and the capacity to execute complex instructions.
  • Possess excellent manual dexterity and physical coordination.
  • Show the ability to function effectively both as an individual contributor and a team player.
  • Maintain a foundational grasp of mechanical principles and standard hardware.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal communication and a constructive, upbeat mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Construct parts and sub-assemblies by strictly adhering to provided technical drawings and design requirements.
  • Perform thorough inspections to verify that all finished goods align with our internal quality benchmarks.
  • Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping your station tidy and orderly.
  • Work alongside colleagues to help optimize our production methods and overall workflow efficiency.
  • Notify management immediately regarding any production errors or material inconsistencies.
  • Operate both manual and power-driven equipment with a focus on safe handling practices.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to sharpen your technical expertise.
