Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/TASC required.
• 1 year experience in mechanical trouble shooting, electronics build or repair, or manufacturing assembly.
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Read drawings and work orders to determine parts, materials and equipment.
• Verify part quality and dimensions; reject out of tolerance items.
• Plan build sequencing from start to finish per drawings.
• Install refractory shapes and perform finishing work.
• Assemble electrical systems; wire, test and troubleshoot before shipping.
• Layout pipelines and equipment; run pneumatic and hydraulic lines.
• Finish equipment for shipment; perform breakdown work.
• Install refractory and insulation materials as required.
• Sandblast and paint steel weldments as needed.
• Perform QC procedures to ensure parts meet quality criteria.
