THK Manufacturing of America, Inc. in Hebron, Ohio, is seeking Builders to assemble blocks and rails for precision Linear Motion Guides used in robotics and automation. Shifts run 5:00am–1:00pm or 3:00pm–11:00pm in Hebron, OH, with opportunities to advance as you learn.

You will use hand tools and power tools, verify quality with measuring devices, and work with a supervisor to resolve defects. A safety‑conscious, team‑minded candidate is preferred, with the ability to follow detailed drawings.

Formación

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Comfort using power tools, hand tools, and measuring devices.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and read basic mechanical drawings.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble blocks and rails using hand tools and power tools according to work instructions and drawings.
• Use measuring instruments to confirm quality; report and resolve defects with your supervisor.
• Handle materials safely, using mechanical assist or working in pairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and transport completed products to the next process.
• Prepare parts based on job order priorities and verify accuracy of materials after assembly.
