THK Manufacturing of America (TMA), a trusted name in precision manufacturing, is currently hiring a Wrap and Pack Processor to support our growing LM (Linear Motion) operations. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of something bigger, this is your opportunity.

We offer a clean, well-organized, and team-focused production environment with plenty of room to grow.

Hours: working 2nd shift 12pm-8pm or 3pm-11pm.

Training hours 8am-4pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough quality checks using gauges and visual inspections to ensure every part meets THK standards.
• Carefully review materials, part numbers, and measurements before starting tasks.
• Follow detailed work instructions, operation sheets, and procedures consistently.
• Apply proper rust-prevention treatments and labeling techniques as needed.
• Keep your workspace neat and safe at all times.
• Safely move materials using equipment when necessary and ensure only approved items move forward in the process.
• Support your team by helping meet production goals and maintaining smooth workflow.

What We’re Looking For:
