Harmar Mobility LLC on an assembly line role seeks dependable team members to use hand and power tools to build and test production assemblies. The job emphasizes safety, quality, and meeting daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment beneficial.
• Lean manufacturing environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test production assemblies using hand and power tools.
• Calibrate assemblies to meet tolerances and specifications.
• Read/Write English; bilingual a plus.
• Stand for 10-hour shift.
• Lift/pack 50–70 lb.
• Report and document issues to lead or QA.
• Provide hands-on training to coworkers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area with 5S.
