Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience preferred or equivalent training.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with quality control standards.
• Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble switches, panels, and other components using designated tools and procedures.
• Operate and set up laminators, digital presses, die cutters, and paper cutters as needed.
• Apply adhesives and laminating tasks for material preparation.
• Follow blueprints, job specifications, and customer requirements to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect raw materials, overlays, and finished products for quality compliance.
• Perform troubleshooting and basic maintenance on production equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and inventory tags.
