Job summary

ZEISS in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Production Assembler to manufacture, assemble, inspect, test and package products in accordance with GMP and company procedures. You will stage materials, perform visual and dimensional inspections, operate production equipment, and document every step.

You will work with a team to meet safety, quality and productivity goals, maintain a clean work area, follow GDP and MSOPs, and comply with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0–1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers.
• Previous experience in medical device manufacturing is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble products according to approved procedures and work instructions.
• Inspect and test products to meet established quality standards and GMP requirements.
• Stage materials, operate production equipment, and prepare products for sterilization.
• Record work order information and maintain accurate documentation.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety procedures.
