Job summary

Ziehm-Orthoscan Inc. in North Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Production Assembly Technician. You will perform mechanical and electrical assembly of medical device products under supervision, adhering to FDA/ISO regulations and quality standards.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience, ability to follow instructions, and strong attention to detail. Working hours are Monday–Friday with overtime as needed; PPE and radiation exposure may occur in this manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years mechanical and/or electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Experience in ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 industry preferred (medical device, aerospace, automotive).
• Knowledge of IPC workmanship standards is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience assembling mechanical/electrical assemblies and electrical sub-components.
• May require PPE and periodic exposure to low dose radiation.

Responsibilities

• Perform various mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly tasks.
• Evaluate and test components and assemblies prior to and during the build process.
• Adhere to Work Instructions, SOPs, and all FDA/ISO regulations.
• Strong attention to detail with documentation, communication, and math skills.
• Comply with safety practices and PPE requirements.
• Work as part of the Production Team to meet team and personal goals.
