Job summary

ZEISS is seeking a Production Assembler in our Chesterfield, MO facility to manufacture, assemble, inspect, and package medical device components in compliance with GMP and GDP. The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

You will stage materials, perform visual and dimensional inspections with microscopes and optical comparators, operate production equipment, document work orders, and contribute to safety, quality, and continuous

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble products according to approved procedures and work instructions.
• Meet production output, quality, and productivity goals.
• Stage materials and verify BOMs for assembly, inspection, and packaging.
• Operate production equipment and perform routine maintenance within training scope.
• Document work orders and maintain production records per GDP/ GMP.
