Job summary

Burkert USA Corp in Huntersville, NC, is seeking an assembly technician to prep, calibrate, and test customized flow control solutions at the Systemhaus factory. You will interpret SOPs, verify components, assemble into mechanical systems, and prepare shipments for customers.

Work with hand and power tools, read test bench software, and maintain quality documentation in a team-focused environment that values accuracy and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• 2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• SAP knowledge is helpful, but not required.
• Strong customer focus and attention to detail.
• English – ability to converse and understand written and spoken instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prep and complete assemblies, calibrations, and testing of customized flow control solutions.
• Interpret SOPs, component verification and inspection, and prepare for shipping.
• Read and interpret bill of materials and assembly/test instructions.
• Use basic hand tools, power tools and measurement instrumentation.
• Adhere to Burkert Quality Standards and document activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional design engineers/leads and management.
