You will perform quality checks, use hand and power tools, and collaborate with teammates to resolve issues. The role requires attention to detail and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with others.
• Self-starter who works well in a team and can handle ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Organized and able to prioritize workload.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Physically able to lift and move product weighing 50 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components to produce finished products per specifications.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required specs.
• Use power and hand tools for assembly tasks.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Read technical documents, blueprints, and manuals to understand assembly instructions.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and report defects to supervisor.
• Monitor and replenish inventory of assembly materials and parts.
• Test assembled products to ensure functionality and performance.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings to stay updated on procedures and products.
