Fillauer in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Technician to assemble components and subassemblies per drawings and BOMs. You will document labor, maintain quality, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling components and subassemblies.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Assembles products following BOMs and drawings.
• Interprets diagrams and instructions.
• Records labor electronically for each job.
• Maintains quality standards throughout production.
• Measures completed components to verify specs.
• Identifies defects and escalates per procedures.
• Resolves assembly issues by coordinating with peers.
• Keeps a safe, clean work area per company standards.
• Operates hand and power tools and light equipment.
• May perform painting, laser etching, or thermoforming.
