Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse operations, or mechanical work preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow diagrams, manuals, sketches, and work instructions.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Basic electrical wiring or equipment troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components, panels, pumps, controllers, and other equipment according to work instructions and specifications.
• Use hand and power tools to build, modify, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
• Assist with production line setup, material handling, and delivery of materials to workstations.
• Perform basic electrical wiring, equipment testing, and quality control inspections.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical and production issues.
• Receive, stock, pick, pack, and prepare materials and products for shipment.
• Perform inventory counts and report material or quality discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with production, operations, and engineering teams to meet production goals.
