Job summary

Red Dot Corporation, the leading producer of premium mobile HVAC units and components for heavy-duty commercial and military vehicles, is seeking a Production Assembly Worker to join our day shift in Puyallup, WA. You will perform final assembly tasks in multiple work centers and follow SOPs to ensure quality and safety.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and manufacturing experience. We offer health benefits, PTO, holidays, 401(k), ESOP, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and integrate components per drawings and SOPs.
• Perform final assembly including fasteners and wiring.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Inspect products for workmanship and quality standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety rules.
• Communicate work status and issues to supervisors.
