Job summary

Red Dot Corporation, a leading producer of premium mobile HVAC units, is hiring for a production assembler in Puyallup, WA. The role operates days, Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts, 6:30 AM to 5:15 PM, with a compensation of $20.50 per hour.

You will assemble components, read blueprints, and maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Experience in manufacturing or production and the ability to read technical documents are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and integrate components and subassemblies per drawings, SOPs and work instructions.
• Perform final assembly tasks including mechanical fastening, wire prep, alignment, and detailing.
• Operate hand and power tools safely to complete tasks.
• Inspect finished products for workmanship, functionality and quality conformance.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety and production standards.
• Communicate work status and issues to supervisors and teammates.
• Support cross-training and assist in other production areas as needed.
