Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude or automotive assembly experience in high-volume manufacturing is expected.
• Experience with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and hand tools is helpful.
• Lean manufacturing and ISO9001 knowledge is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble or install engine components and subassemblies per blueprints and standard work.
• Verify product quality per work instructions and quality checklists.
• Measure critical dimensions using micrometers/calipers to ensure accuracy.
• Lift up to 40 pounds; participate in team lifts for heavier items.
• Adhere to safety procedures and use PPE as required.
