Job summary

ITT Inc. is seeking an assembler to support multiple production lines in our Santa Rosa, CA facility. You will read engineering drawings, operate hand tools and heat presses, and ensure products meet quality standards before shipment.

Attention to detail and teamwork are essential. You will maintain production data in SAP, document measurements, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work at a steady pace in a warehouse

Qualifications

• Interpreting and following engineering drawings and instructions
• Strong attention to quality and workmanship standards
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and measurement checks
• Capable of documenting data accurately in logs and systems
• Effective communication within a manufacturing team

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools, measuring devices and heat presses to prepare and assemble materials
• Read and follow blueprints, procedures and work instructions
• Maintain accurate production data in SAP and other records
• Conduct visual inspections for defects and ensure conformance to BIW specs
• Handle material movement and use equipment safely in a warehouse environment
• Capable of switching between workstations and following directions precisely
