Job summary

ITT Inc. in Westminster is seeking an assembler to join the manufacturing team. You will assemble components to blueprints, secure parts with appropriate fasteners, and use hand or power tools to support efficient production.

Candidates should demonstrate basic numeracy, the ability to read blueprints, and safe operation of tools. A high school diploma and teamwork orientation are required for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and their symbols.
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools.
• Ability to operate a PC and basic software packages.
• Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions.

Responsibilities

• Position parts according to drawings or blueprints.
• Fasten parts using bolts, screws, rivets or fasteners.
• Use manual or powered tools to assist assembly.
• Inspect parts for defects and report any issues.
• Record data and complete paperwork as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE rules.
