Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of hand and power tool experience.
• Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted.
• Able to stand for 7+ hours.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, wiring specs, and BOMs; gather parts and tools.
• Install parts and subassemblies by following drawings and on-job training.
• Assemble components by checking connections for proper fit and fastening.
• Resolve assembly problems by notifying the line supervisor for additional resources.
• May train co-workers in production assembly.
• May complete production documentation.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following Lincoln Electric procedures.
