Hendrickson in Kentucky is seeking an assembler who can organize all phases of the production process and ensure quality at every step. The role requires reading production schedules, performing inspections, and maintaining equipment with preventive maintenance practices.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED and up to 2 years of prior assembly experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong safety awareness and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Requires high attention to detail and the ability to read production schedules.
• Must follow safety practices and company policies.
• Experience with assembly processes and working in a manufacturing environment preferred (1–2 years).
• Ability to operate basic measurement tools for quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Organize all aspects of the assembly process.
• Perform inspections and quality checks with basic measurement equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Report daily activities and production data as directed.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow safety procedures.
• Operate machines with safe working habits and use torque wrenches per specs.
• Suggest improvements to safety and production processes.
• Interact with technical support and other team members as required.
